Our method of payment is by bank transfer or alternatively you can book through the Airbnb contact as above.

We would not charge for breakages of small items such as a cup or glass, however please bring any such breakages to our attention to enable us to replace them for incoming guests. For loss or damage of larger items, several smaller items or keys, we would charge a reasonable costs for replacement. 

If you need to cancel your booking you must inform us in writing/email as soon as possible. if you cancel more than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, then the final balance would not be payable. If you need to cancel within the 8 weeks before your holiday, the balance will only be returnable if we can re-let the property for that period. We therefore strongly advise that you arrange suitable holiday insurance. If you do not inform us of any cancellation or fail to make the balance payment on time, we are entitled at our discretion to treat your booking as having been cancelled by you. 

The Mill will be available from 4pm on the first day of your holiday. Access details, including key box security code, will be provided prior to your stay. We are contactable by telephone should you require any assistance. Departure time is 10am on the last day of your holiday stay. 

The Mill can sleep up to 6 adults and a baby. It is not permitted to sleep any more than this number.  No pets permitted.

PLEASE NOTE: The owner reserves the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect should guests exceed the permitted number  of individuals or bring pets to the property. 

There is a patio area to the side of the Mill for use by guests. Guests are strictly not allowed beyond the patio either beyond the Gabion wall to the rear or down to the side by the water/burn: This is because the wild garden beyond is rough and uneven, and the water burn can be fast flowing. We cannot be held responsible for any injury or accident should guests not abide by these conditions.
